This house was not as advertised. BedroomsYes, it has 9 places for people to sleep. However, it’s divided up so that you’d better like sleeping with lots of friends and little privacy. There’s one private bedroom with a king bed, one private bedroom with a twin bed, one pass-through bedroom with a queen bed, and an upstairs attic with two twin beds. The only way to the attic is walking through the queen bedroom.Additionally, the beds had only a bottom sheet, no top sheet. Most of the bedrooms had flimsy or inadequate curtains that could let people outside see in.BathroomsThere are 3 bathrooms, but there’s only one on the same floor as the bedrooms. There’s one tiny powder room on the ground floor, and the final bathroom is an enclosed Pittsburgh toilet with shower in the basement. That shower was so full of bugs and nastiness that we didn’t ever touch it.The upstairs bathroom clogged easily and we had to unclog it ourselves.Additionally, there was about 1 towel per person, and each towel was tiny and worn out. There were no spare towels anywhere. Finally, there was not much spare toilet paper. Good thing we were sparing with our usage.HeatThe house has combined AC/heating units. However, they never produced any heat. For the duration of our stay, the house never got over 63 degrees inside, and everyone was freezing all the time.Overall QualityIf there was a cheap way to do it, they did it. Absolutely everything was low-bidder, worn out, and uncomfortable.

The listing has a number of falsehoods.1. Listing says "2 FULL bathrooms" but there is only 1 shower/bathtub in the house. The second "FULL Bathroom" is a toilet and a vanity- which is a "half bath". 2.It claims -in 2 places- a square footage of over 16,000 square feet. Even if one counts the smelly, musty, unusable basement, the building must be about 2500-3500 square feet at most. 3. There is no "on site parking" even though the listing says there is.Problems with the unit: 1.The window coverings throughout the house are so flimsy; they do not block any light. In Bedroom 1 the flood lights illuminating the side yard light up the bedroom to such an extent that I was able to read the unlit wall clock at 3AM without switching on any light. Result: very poor sleep all 4 nights. 2. We found it disturbing to arrive with a large amount of garbage stacked at the rear corner of the house. We also found it disturbing to see a cockroach skittering across the floor. 3.It takes 2-3hours for the tub to drain after a shower during which time another person cannot take a shower without stepping into 4-6 inches of dirty water. 4. Dirty kitchen utensils in kitchen cabinets on arrival. 5. Keurig coffee machine but no coffee pods. 6. Hostile neighbors demanding we move our legally parked car from "their" public street space. Plus others that can't be included due to space limitations for this review. My call to the host/management company with complaints got nothing fixed.
